You have my commitment that:

I will sincerely listen to and act on behalf of you and other concerned citizens and business owners.

I will carefully consider the positive and negative impact of every development proposal presented to the Suwanee City Council, especially as it impacts our quality of life, our property values, and the City’s economic growth.

I will leverage my 20 years of time serving Suwanee residents to seek a rational resolution to problems we may face. I will not vote the popular route but what is right for Suwanee.

Runoff Election Day is Tuesday November 30th at Suwanee City Hall.

Advanced Voting will be held at Suwanee City Hall  (9am – 5pm) on the following days:

Saturday November 20th

Monday – Wednesday, November 22-24

I moved to Suwanee in 1997 because of a job transfer from Florida. My wife and I were attracted to the great quality of life in Suwanee from the beginning and we felt it was a perfect place to raise our two children. Our family has enjoyed and benefited from being Suwanee residents for the last 23 years. Early on I became involved with Suwanee city politics because there was a high-density development proposed near my home. Quickly the residents in my neighborhood and others around me banded together and were successful in defeating the proposed development and causing real change. Shortly after, I was asked to serve in a volunteer position on the Suwanee Planning Commission in 2001.

For 20 years, I have had the privilege to serve the residents and business owners of the City of Suwanee. I was a City of Suwanee Planning Commissioner for 18 of those years and then I was appointed to the Suwanee Board of Appeals for 2 years. I was elected in November 2020 to serve on the Suwanee City Council.

During those years I have heard from the residents of Suwanee and their input and concerns. I have dealt with many conflicts and different views working toward a positive resolution. As a Suwanee City Councilmember, I am working to ensure that the hopes and concerns of all residents and business owners are considered and honored in the future direction of Suwanee.
